Known among regulars as the “Maestro of Cezve,” Mehmet’s lifelong curiosity for coffee began on his grandmother’s terrace in Cappadocia. After years of study and competition, he brings a scholarly devotion and playfulness to each brew. Mehmet is happiest when explaining the subtle differences between Yemeni and Colombian beans or teaching guests to swirl coffee ritualistically. His endless energy powers our mornings!
Raised in a family of pastry artisans, Sena infuses old-world recipes with modern flair. Her pistachio baklava and fig tarts are renowned across Istanbul—and her infectious laugh brightens every shift. Sena is passionate about crafting gluten-free and vegan options so everyone in the community can savor something delicious.
